From the last firing, I pulled out a very large plant holder with a very spring-like feel. I liked the idea of photographing it against the background of a picturesque landscape… I nearly always imagine my majolicas inserted in a natural context… in my imagination, they often are the perfect completion to a harmonious garden or serve the purpose of beautifying an outdoor table.
This time I decided to realize my fantasies and I had the opportunity to photograph the plant holder in a magnificent place, in the vicinity of Ascoli… at the Agriturismo Arcera in Forcella di Acquasanta.
