Grand Opening of ”Viale della Ceramica” in Corso Vittorio Emanuele – Ascoli Piceno

I am very happy that a “Ceramics Avenue” has now been created in Ascoli on Corso Vittorio Emanuele, not far from the beautiful majolica staircase inaugurated in 2024.

In my panel dedicated to Cecco D'Ascoli, I imagined a young Cecco already passionate about stars... his passion for astronomy and astrology (indistinct subjects in medieval times) grew over the years, along with his passion for science in general, and led to his early death at the stake, as his views were not in line with church doctrine. A story very similar to that of Giordano Bruno.
